What happened to Pouch?

I saw Pouch limping earlier and when I went to go check on him I saw that his paw was extremely swollen. So I took some antiseptic spray and sprayed it on the pad of his paw where I thought he had a big cut, hopefully it will not get infected and his paw will slowly go back to normal. What do you think happened to him?
