Upma is a perfect and healthy food for babies! ???????? In this short, watch how to make soft and nutritious upma specially for my 6-9 month baby. It’s a simple homemade recipe packed with love and goodness. Perfect for baby’s breakfast or evening meal.

This is one of my baby’s favorite breakfast recipes! ????
She loves food with a smooth, liquid-like consistency, especially in the morning. So I make this soft and nutritious upma just for her.

✨ Recipe:
– Dry roast suji (semolina) in ghee until light golden.
– Gradually add warm or lukewarm water while stirring continuously.
– Add veggies like carrot, peas, tomato, or onion – depending on what your baby eats.
– Cook for 10 mins or until the mixture is soft.
– You can mash it manually or blend for a smoother texture.
– Garnish with fresh coriander and serve warm.
