Shiv Might Bheem Laddoos ???? || Our Easter Vacay Aparatha ❤️

Ingredients:

For Boondi:
2 cups besan (gram flour)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup water
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

For Sugar Syrup:
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup water
A pinch of turmeric powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Garnish:
Cahew : 10-12 nos
Raisins : 15nos

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine besan, water, baking soda, and salt to form a smooth, lump-free batter with a thick yet flowing consistency.

2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

3. Using a perforated ladle (boondi jhara), pour a ladleful of batter onto the ladle and spread it evenly over the holes.

4. Tap gently to let small droplets of batter fall into the oil.

5. Fry the boondis until golden brown and crispy.

6. Remove using a slotted spoon and drain excess oil on paper towels.

7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.

8. In a separate pan, combine sugar, water, turmeric powder and cardamom powder to make the sugar syrup.

9. Heat until the sugar dissolves completely and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.

10. Turn off the heat and then add the fried boondis to the sugar syrup. Ensure all boondis are coated with syrup. Now add the fried Cahews and raisins to the mix.

11. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add a tablespoon of ghee.

12. Grease your palms with ghee and shape the boondi mixture into round ladoos while still warm.

13. Let the ladoos cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
