Ingredients:
1. Milk - 580g

4. Sugar - 70g
5. Vanilla sugar - 10g
6. Flour - 60g
7. Butter - 60g
8. Cold cream 33-35% - 180g
9. Powdered sugar - 50g

Cooking:
1. Heat milk until hot.
2. In a separate bowl, send the egg, a pinch of salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and flour - mix with a whisk. Pour hot milk into the mixture in a thin stream and stir constantly.
Leave on low heat, stirring constantly, bring the mass to a thickening. Add butter and mix well. Transfer to a separate bowl, cover with cling film until completely cooled.
4. Whip cold cream 33-35% and powdered sugar until thick. Next, add the custard base piece by piece. Cream is ready! Bon appetit ❤
