Our holding space is the first stop for cats after they get rescued. It's a spot where they can decompress and start their journey to indoor life—if that's something they're interested in. Cats like Cole, Giraffic Park, Lil Guy, Clarabelle, and Carmine are cared for twice a day by volunteers before heading off to loving foster homes.

We rely on volunteers to make this possible. If you're local and looking to help, our holding space runs on an incredible and dedicated crew who clean, feed, and spend time with the cats every day. There are two shifts a day (morning and evening), and we host volunteer orientations four Sundays a month (we skip 5th Sundays) from 6:30pm - 7:00pm. You can also apply to foster—it’s one of the most impactful ways to help. Every set of hands makes more rescues possible, and gives more cats the life they deserve.
