Ingredients:

Trout fillet - 500 g
Butter - 50 g
Onion - 200 g
Carrots - 150 g
Water - 1.5 l
Potatoes - 350 g
Salt - 2 h l
Cream - 500 ml

Fry onions and carrots a little in butter over medium heat, pour water, bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes. I add potatoes, salt and cook until the potatoes are ready. Then I add trout and cream. Bring to a boil, cook for 1 minute and turn off the heat. The finished dish can be decorated with herbs and a little pepper.
