Easy-peasy make ahead pasta ???? hack! Great make ahead pasta for the kids just zap for 15-20 seconds and pasta is cooked perfectly or throw in boiling water for 1-2 minutes! Also great for when you have guests over so you’re not waiting on the pasta. The key is to not cook the pasta all the way through first time around and run under cold water to stop the cooking process + coat with olive oil and toss so pasta does not stick together. #pastahack
