Number 1: Cats try to comfort us in our sadness –
Cats have the ability to pick up on their owners' emotions via sound and facial expressions, and they do it especially well when they are unhappy or worried. Cats are capable of understanding the emotional signals that are emitted by people since they are perceptive, intuitive creatures with acute senses. When a cat sees a frown, hears sobbing, or detects a melancholy tone in our voices, they understand that we are upset. Cats then feel compelled to get in closer to us, purr louder, and rub themselves against humans more often.
Number 2: Cat reduce the risk of allergies –
Pet dander is a byproduct of cat fur and feathers, and it may help minimize the likelihood of developing allergies or asthma if you live with a cat. Young people who are exposed to pets from an early age are statistically less likely to acquire pet allergies later in life. Having a lot of time spent with pets as a child also protect against other common allergies, such those to grass, dust mites, and ragweed.
