RECIPE FOR BRIGADEIRO:
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp butter
1/4 c. chocolate chips

PISTACHIO FILLING:
1 tbsp pistachio paste
1 tbsp cooked kataifi pastry
1 tsp tahini

On low heat, cook the butter, sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips until it unsticks from the pan. Then let it cooldown, covered with plastic film, so it doesn't dry out. After around an hour, butter your hands, ball it and open it to stuff it with the pistachio filling. Ball it again and roll it into sprinkles :)
