INGREDIENTS:

400g cream cheese
120g sugar
3 eggs
200 ml heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
25g corn starch

Preheat the oven at 240°C and line the pan with parchment paper (preferably crumpled). Mix everything in a bowl until smooth. Pour the batter into the pan. Tap the pan on a table to eliminate bubbles and/or use a sieve. Place in the oven, on the lowest rack, for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool at room temperature, and refrigerate overnight (6-8 hours). ENJOY!! ????
