Для приготовления рулета Вам понадобится : 1 упаковка слоено -дрожжевого теста . Для крема : 500 мл. молока . 2 яйца .60 грамм кукурузного крахмала . сахар 150 грамм (+/-) . Масло сливочное 50 грамм . Ванилин . Цедра лимона или апельсина по желанию. Мандарины 6 штук (+/-). Сливки 33 % 200 грамм (+/-) . Сливочное масло добавить , когда крем завариться и отключите нагрев. (извините не озвучила этот момент) .

Для приготовления второго десерта : Мандарины 4 (+/-) штук в зависимости от размера Вашей формы. Для желе : 2 столовые ложки желатина . Молоко 300 мл. Сливки 20% 200 мл. Сахар 130 грамм . Ванилин . Можно использовать сметану или творожную массу вместо сливок и молока ...
