• 1 small carror, chopped
• 30g salmon (Fish ) chopped
• 2 tbsp rice, washed & soaked
• 1 tsp unsalted butter
• Tiny pinch of turmeric (haldi)
• 1 small garlic clove (optional)
• Water
⭐ How to Make It
1. Add unsalted butter to a pan.
2. Add chopped carrot and chopped salmon.
3. Add water and then soaked rice.
4. Mix in turmeric and garlic.
5. Cook for 15 minutes until everything is soft.
6. Mash or blend to the consistency your baby prefers.
7. Serve warm.
